This Privacy Policy explains how EXME Technical Information L.L.C (“EXME”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit exme.ae or contact us.

1. Data we collect

• Information you send us through the contact form, email, phone or Telegram: your name, email address, phone number or Telegram username, company name, the topics you are interested in and the content of your message.
• Technical data recorded automatically by our web server: IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time of the request. This is kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

2. How we use your data

• to reply to your request and discuss a potential project;
• to prepare proposals and enter into or perform a contract with you;
• to protect the website against abuse, spam and attacks;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and legal obligations, in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as hosting and communication services), under obligations of confidentiality, or when required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE; in that case we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us at support@exme.ae. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
